Welcome to Hishab. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for accessing and using the Hishab website, application, software, and related services. By using Hishab, creating an account, requesting a demo, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Hishab
Hishab provides business management software for Bangladeshi businesses, including tools for inventory, sales, POS, accounting, HRM, CRM, reports, automation, and related operational workflows.
References to “Hishab,” “we,” “our,” or “us” mean the Hishab team operating this website and software platform. References to “you” or “user” mean any visitor, customer, account holder, business, employee, representative, or other person using Hishab.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using Hishab on behalf of a legally recognized business or organization, to use our services. If you use Hishab on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
3. Account Registration and Security
Some Hishab services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating or using an account.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- All activity that happens under your account.
- Ensuring your team members use Hishab properly.
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep account access secure.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use Hishab only for lawful business purposes. You must not use Hishab to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload false, harmful, misleading, or illegal data.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the software without permission.
- Disrupt, overload, or harm the Hishab website, app, servers, or systems.
- Use Hishab for fraud, spam, unauthorized messaging, or other abusive activity.
5. Your Business Data
You own the business data you enter into Hishab, such as product records, sales entries, inventory data, customer details, invoices, accounting records, HR records, and reports.
By using Hishab, you allow us to process your data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the services. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter is accurate, lawful, and collected with proper permission where required.
6. Software Availability and Updates
We work to keep Hishab available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Service interruptions may happen due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet problems, security events, or factors outside our control.
We may update, improve, add, remove, or modify features over time. Some features may vary by plan, account type, configuration, or product version.
7. Pricing, Billing, and Payments
Some Hishab services may be free, trial-based, subscription-based, or custom-priced. Pricing, billing cycles, payment methods, setup fees, discounts, and renewal rules may be shown on the website, inside the application, in an invoice, or in a separate agreement with you.
You agree to pay applicable fees on time. Late or failed payments may result in account limitations, suspension, or termination, subject to your plan or agreement.
8. Demos, Trials, and Consultations
Any demo, trial, consultation, or preview is provided to help you evaluate Hishab. Demo or trial access may be limited, changed, extended, or ended at our discretion.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Hishab may connect with or link to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication tools, e-commerce platforms, or other business systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, performance, or policies of third-party services that we do not control.
10. Intellectual Property
Hishab, including its website, software, design, interface, code, branding, logos, content, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Hishab or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Hishab materials without written permission.
Your business data remains yours, subject to the data processing permissions needed to provide the service.
11. Confidentiality
Both you and Hishab may access confidential business or technical information while using or providing the services. Each party agrees to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or enforce rights.
12. Acceptable Content and Records
You are responsible for any information, files, records, product details, customer data, employee data, or other content you enter into Hishab. You must not upload or store content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hishab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Hishab.
Hishab is provided as business software. You remain responsible for verifying important business, accounting, tax, payroll, compliance, and operational decisions before relying on them.
14. No Professional Advice
Hishab may help organize accounting, inventory, HRM, sales, and business records, but it does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, HR, or compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals where needed.
15. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Hishab if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the service, create security risks, or use Hishab unlawfully.
You may stop using Hishab at any time. Account closure, data export, and data deletion requests may be handled according to your plan, agreement, technical limitations, and legal requirements.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Hishab after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
